Refund policy

We issue refund to all active sellers who has wallet balance above minimum amount. To be eligible for a refund

  • Seller should have the receipt or proof of purchase as well.

  • Claim should be made as per mentioned below.

Direct Enquiry

Sellers can get 100% e-Cash refund for Fake, Spam or Useless Direct leads received on Sellers get 100% refund if the request is done within first 15 minutes after receipt of direct enquiry.

After 15 minutes refund request is disabled.

Seller has to select/mention the reason for refund on submission of request. The e-Cash deducted from the wallet is immediately added back to the wallet with no questions asked.

Indirect Enquiry:

Buyers post the requirement on, and before it reaches seller all basic information related to buyer’s requirement is taken by our backend team. All basic details are verified by our team. We completely rely on information provided by the buyer.

Before purchasing the lead, seller can view all the details provided by buyer. If seller finds the he/she is able to cater the buyer’s requirement, then he/she can purchase the lead.

If seller finds that information provided by buyer is not true, seller can request for 100% refund after reporting the same within 30 minutes of purchase of the lead. After 30minutes, refund request is disabled.

Seller has to mention the reason and rate the buyer on submission of request. The amount deducted from the wallet is added within 1 hour of request to the wallet.

We don’t ask any question to seller.
